That's the question the super-powered team known as 'The Trio' faces as they start off their careers in Philly. In a city where hero wannabes, powerful villains, and crazed Eagles fans run rampant, Detective Malik Owen relies on the fearless hero Brick to solve the mystery behind a string of murders. Unfortunately, Brick never goes anywhere without his not-so-stellar, infighting teammates - slacker speedster Quik and Firestarter, a drunk whose flame powers are fueled by alcohol.
